At Fornata, our handmade, hand baked philosophy draws from this strong communal oven tradition. We want every one of you to see, to smell and to share in the delights it can produce.
Fornata's food explores the diverse range of traditional and modern oven dishes with an emphasis on Southern Italy.
We champion the classic Italian tradition of aperitivo, where friends meet for early evening drinks and to share antipasti, the traditional Italian small plates.
Our customers are also able to take out some of our best-loved dishes as well as our authentic Italian coffee and soft drinks, to enjoy on the go or to take home.
